A 2D ultrasound produces two-dimensional images of your baby, while a 3D/4D ultrasound uses advanced technology to create three-dimensional images that show depth and detail. Additionally, HD live ultrasound provides even more clarity and detail, making it feel like you're watching a video of your baby.

Yes, elective 3D/4D/HD live ultrasounds are safe for both you and your baby. Our Sonographer is highly trained and use advanced equipment to ensure your safety.

Yes, we encourage you to bring your family and friends to share this special moment with you. Our studio has ample space for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy the experience together.

We can perform 3D/4D/HD elective ultrasounds as early as 12 weeks, but the best time to get the most detailed images is between 25 and 34 weeks. Specifically, between 28-32 weeks, the baby has more fat which will appear more detailed in the images. After 34 weeks, it may become more difficult to get good images due to the baby's position, as they may be facing downwards. However, this all depends on how the baby is positioned, so we may still be able to obtain great images up until 39 weeks. Our sonographer will work with you to determine the best time to schedule your ultrasound based on your individual needs and circumstances.

Glow n' Grow is an elective ultrasound studio, and as such, we do not contact your doctor regarding your ultrasound. However, we do require that you are under medical care by your healthcare provider. We do not provide any medical advice or diagnosis, and we strongly recommend that you continue to receive regular prenatal care from your healthcare provider. Our ultrasounds are meant to provide you with a unique and special experience, and we are happy to share the images and videos with you to take to your healthcare provider if you choose to do so.

Our sonographer at Glow 'n Grow is highly trained and experienced in OBGYN sonography, and we use the latest and most advanced ultrasound technology to try and obtain the greatest images possible. However, there may be factors that make it difficult to get a clear image, such as fetal position, placenta position, maternal body habitus, and amount of amniotic fluid. 

If we are unable to get a great image during your appointment, we offer a complimentary rescan within 2 weeks of your original appointment to try and obtain better images. Our goal is to ensure that you have a wonderful experience with us, and we will do everything we can to help you obtain the best images of your little one.

We recommend that you drink plenty of fluids for several days leading up to your appointment. This ensures that you have clear amniotic fluid, which can help to obtain better images of your baby during the ultrasound.

Additionally, we recommend that you eat or drink something sweet (unless you're on a special diet) about 30 minutes before your appointment time. This can help to make your baby is more active during the ultrasound, which can lead to clearer images. 

No, we do not accept insurance for our ultrasound services, as they are considered elective and not medical in nature. We do accept cash and credit card payments, and our pricing for our various ultrasound packages can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.

In addition to our elective ultrasounds, we also offer a variety of gender reveal options. We also sell personalized mom and dad shirts, baby onesies, and accessories. Our studio features a selection of baby keepsakes, such as heartbeat animals and more, that make for great mementos of your experience with us.
