Please note that our sonographer is not authorized to provide medical input or diagnosis related to the health of your pregnancy. Our ultrasound services are not intended to replace diagnostic scans performed by your physician, and we require that you receive appropriate prenatal care from a qualified healthcare professional prior to your visit with us. We also require you to bring proof of doctors visit.

It is important to understand that every individual's body is unique, and the quality of ultrasound images can vary based on several factors, including maternal body habitus, placenta position, fetal position, and the amount and clarity of amniotic fluid. While our technician strives to obtain the best possible images, these factors are beyond our control. In the event that we believe better images can be obtained, we may offer you one free return visit to try again. Return visits must be scheduled within 2 weeks (Gender: 1-2 days) of the original session to capture the baby around the same timeframe. 

We do not offer refunds for any reason, and all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
